Went there for a large party. The restaurant had hours notice to get ready for us. The waitress was cold and rude when taking orders. She acted like we were a complete inconvience. The food was mediocre at best. The cheesecake was fantastic though, which is to be expected when cheesecake is in your name. I would never eat there again, except to order cheesecake to go.

Love the food here. Amazing pumpkin pie cheese cake and lime cheesecake pie is very delicious. The service is good. Plates and utensils were clean. The bread taste fresh and soft.

At first I was skeptical thinking this restaurant had $20 plus dishes because it was fancy so I ordered a lot thinking it was going to be small since I'm a good eater, but when the dishes arrived they were huge and delicious. Hands down the pasta neapolitana, best pasta I've ever tried (a little too greasy though).

Clyde was amazing, excellent waiter, courteous and fast. The food was awesome as usual and dessert was the best.had a great time.

Upbeat and popular. Huge dining area w/ artsy gothic infused decor. Huge menu with anything from sandwiches and burgers to pastas and salads and everything in between. Attractive full bar and prompt courteous servers. Recommend the Chicken Avocado Club and Shrimp with Angel Hair and Alfredo sauce. The steaks are good too.

We loved this restaurant since two years we don’t have any issues with CKF. Usually the service is good but this time I am facing issue with my order and the waiter Is not nice. We asked other waiter our waiter name is Shannon he is rude and asking cash tip.We told nicely we don’t have cash but we don’t wanna this type of service, so my wife changed the location to union square cheese cake factory but it’s too far to us. Hope these guys will improve the service

You can pass on this place if unless you are doing just cheesecake. There are many other local businesses that are struggling and doing a better job for less. P.S. I enclosed a pic of the shrimp scampi salmon combo. Not worth it at half the price. Thanks.

I love Cheesecake Factory so would still go again, but the wait just isn’t worth it. Each time we go we wait about an hour for a table for four. This would be worth it in some cities, but in a place like the Bay Area where amazing food is literally everywhere and anywhere, it really doesn’t make sense to wait so long for B+ food. The staff are really nice, but service is slow because there are just too many people. The cheesecake is good, but I think the cheesecake at Draeger’s market is better.

I would love to give cheesecake a five star but unfortunately the quality has gone down. They got rid of snickers cheesecake which is one of my favorites. It’s a hit or miss honestly I came for breakfast one weekend and it was awful but came for Super Bowl Sunday and the food was pretty good. We continue to come here because we actually love the bread and seasonal items; Pumpkin cheesecake and the artichoke appetizer.

I think all Cheesecake Factories are pretty on par with each other. Service is often slow and mediocre but I keep coming back! So many meal options to accommodate almost all cravings and guests... and of course, the cheesecake. Also like every other cheesecake factory, there always is a wait - maybe this one more so than some others because it is located in the mall.

The bread they serve was hard, looked old.The four cheese macaroni, and it had no cheese flavor, just red sauce, just a cream cheese that was on top, now besides I had to be careful not to choke on the piece of chicken bone in the middle of the plate, and the soda that comes in a pretty glass that claims to have passion fruit, but it was actually just soda with color and mint leaf, such a famous and touristy restaurant. And the high value should serve high quality food

There could have been some light for old people to see the menu card. 👉🻠Korean style cauliflower tasted burnt, the roasted mushroom flat bread was good. Other items had no complaints.

The food was delicious! The wait wasn't too long for the weekend. 3 stars because everything we originally ordered for dinner was mysteriously sold out. Waiter would leave to put order in only to come back then minutes later to let us know that we needed to order something else. It took us 30 minutes just to get our order in. 😩

We arrived just before 11am on Sunday and had no wait to be seated. The food was superb. We ordered mostly brunch such as blueberry pancakes, and breakfast combo, and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. I ordered a long island ice tea and it was perfect! Service was also good.

The crispy crab bites is a 10 on 10. It is amazingly delicious. I also ordered bang bang chicken and shrimp and something else too but the crisp crab bite stands out. Then there's always room for a cheesecake. The tiramisu is my favorite. So 5 star for this place and definitely recommended.

Delicious cheesecake, just super sweet...one bite would give me a satisfactory sugar rush for the week. Kind of pricey but very popular and always very crowded. Great in mall location.

This place had an amazingly spacious restaurant! So many options of where to sit. My party and I were sat next to a window with a nice street view. The menu has SO many options! It was a lot to handle but I tried my best to try some of the unique foods. The portion sizes were quite large and very carbohydrate heavy. I wanted to save room for dessert but I wasn’t able to. The hot food was hot when it arrived and the cold food was cold, but the service was also cold. Our waiter dropped off drinks and food appetizers were brought by another server wearing a hoodie. We finished those and received our main course from a different server. We didn’t see our server until it was Bill time. He did not check up on us or how we were doing. Food was good but the service was average and could use more professionalism.

So we came to the cheesecake factory for lunch and ordered quite a few dishes and cocktails and I gotta saw the food and the cocktails are quite midioker. The drinks and food were nothing special, I commend the service, the service was friendly welcoming and good, and the end we bought the original cheesecake to go. That was heaven, so I guess... I'll just stick to that. Bonapatite!
